I ordered from EasyR and, to be fair, the actual purchase went smoothly enough. The not-so-fun part was trying to get after-sales support. They did eventually reply and answer my question, so credit where it’s due, but it took longer than I’d hoped and I had to chase them up once, which is always delightful. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not something I’d call impressive. Three stars feels about right.

"First impression: messy dealer coordination"
I pretty much knew right away this was going to be annoying. I had to keep chasing the dealer for updates myself, and the whole thing felt disorganized from the start. Not the smoothest experience, honestly.

"Super quick delivery"
I ordered from EasyR and wasn’t expecting it to arrive so fast. Got the receipt and tracking email pretty much straight after ordering, and the tracking all worked fine with no dramas. Really happy with how quick the delivery was.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from easyr.com and the quality surprised me a bit. It feels really solid, not cheap or flimsy at all, and it actually looks like the photos, which is always a relief. I’ve been using it for a little while now and haven’t had any issues. Shipping aside, the product itself is great. Yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

I was able to use the site and get what I needed, so overall it did the job. A few parts felt kind of slow, though, and I wasn’t always totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Maybe I missed something, but some extra context or clearer steps would’ve made it feel smoother. Not a bad experience, just not the easiest either

I ordered from easyr.com.au because the item showed as being in stock, so I figured all good!!! But then a few days later I was told it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating because I needed it that same week...
Customer service did get back to me, to be fair, but it felt like I was kind of left waiting around for updates??? It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the stock info really needs to be more accurate before orders go through!!!

"Return was okay, but a bit slow"
I had to return something I bought from easyr.com, the whole process felt average to me. Their support team did get back to me, and I eventually received my refund, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. That said, it took longer than I personally expected, and I had to chase it up once, which was a little frustrating. In my view, it just needs to be a bit smoother. 3 stars feels about right

I worked with them maybe last month, or it might’ve been the end of the month before, but either way they were really easy to deal with. They explained everything in a way that made sense and kept me updated the whole time, so I never felt confused or left wondering what was going on.

I had a small question about my order and expected the usual thing where companies take ages to reply or send some generic copy-paste answer. But easyr.com.au got back to me quickly and actually answered what I was asking. The team was friendly, didn’t make it a whole drama, and just sorted it out. It’s always nice when a company actually responds fast when you need help.

Had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure what to expect, like... you never really know with online stuff. But EasyR got back to me quickly, explained what had happened, and just fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. The follow-up was good too. In the end it was all simple, so yeah, appreciated that

The application was simple and didn’t take me very long. I was able to do most of it on my phone without any real issues, which was nice. Compared to other applications I’ve filled out before, this one felt a lot less frustrating and the steps were mostly easy to follow.
The only thing I wasn’t totally sure about was what happens after submitting everything. A little more information or updates along the way would make it better. Overall, it was a smooth experience and not bad at all.

I ordered from easyr.com.au and everything went smoothly. Tracking came through quickly and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Didn’t have to follow anything up or deal with random delays, which was all I wanted. Happy with the whole thing

"Got approved easier than I thought, even after feeling dismissed elsewhere"
I wasn’t totally sure about applying because my credit isn’t perfect, and I’m used to feeling kind of dismissed before anyone even looks at the full picture.

The form with Easyr was straightforward, and it didn’t feel like I was being shut down right away. I got an answer faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

I’m really glad I had a fair chance to get approved when other places made it feel difficult. I’d definitely use them again.

"Decent Payment Options, but Could Be Better"
The payment options were okay and I was able to complete my purchase without any real issues. That said, I was expecting a few more choices, so it felt a little limited. It worked out in the end, but the process wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped
